So you're interested in our FREE, 2012, edition of Jeff-Net Report Runner Viewer, our simple, easy to use, Crystal Reports viewer. The FREE offer is simple. Download and contact us for your free license. We will give any company, unlimited licensing to the FREE edition of our Report Runner Viewer 2012 product. Note, we will not issue free licenses to gmail, hotmail, aol, or any other non-company domain. There are no other requirements; just that the email must come from a company.

Additionally, you will also get a FREE license to the Starter edition of our Report Runner Batch (Crystal Reports scheduling and automation) product!

This FREE Crystal Reports viewer license supports version 9, 10, XI/11, 2008, and 2011. It will run on any Windows based machine. If there are parameters for the reports, you will be prompted. All the flexibility of running it within Crystal Reports, but users can't modify the report templates.

There are no "catches" to the FREE edition. It is FREE forever, and you can install it on an unlimited amount of PCs. The FREE edition does NOT include the over 50 INI extended options for locking folders, saving login information, hiding and/or locking certain features, and there are no command line options. The FREE edition will allow you to view an unlimited amount of reports, though. And, YES, you can refresh the report data (unlike the free Crystal Reports viewer from SAP).

Pricing for full-featured paid licenses still start at only $50 for a one year license (and that license renews at just $4 per year)!

* Pricing is not concurrent user pricing. It is machine-based pricing for the above site licenses. If you have more than 100 PCs to license, let us know and we will create a custom quote for you. Renewals are just $4/user per year.

For Citrix and Terminal Server licensing, it is total-possible-users-based pricing. Just to reiterate, it's not concurrent user pricing. Citrix and Terminal Server licensing is also requires licensing per server. For example, if you have a 6-machine Terminal Server farm that you spread/balance 50 users on, you need to purchase 6 Terminal Server licenses. You may not use a PC license on a Terminal Server, even if it is only for one user. If any of our pricing seems really high for the total number of users you're trying to license, just let us know. It is our ultimate goal to provide a fair, cost-effective price for our licensing. Renewals are just 10% per server ($95-$150) per year.
