The best place to order our software products for the first time is from the actual software product page. When you go to the products page, there is a Purchase button, as well as, towards the bottom of the page is a general price list for our software. If you are only looking to renew your license, you can use the Renewals button to the right. Lastly, you can click on Web Store to see everything that Jeff-Net offers.

About Us







Q: I have placed an order, and I am sure the order went through. What next?
A: Once we get confirmation of your order, you will receive an email from us (normally immediate, but always within a few hours).
 
Q: I need to renew my license. How do I do that?
A: Click on Products; then click on the actual product you want to renew. Once the product page displays, on the right you will see a Renewals link under Buy. Click on that.
 
Q: I placed an order, but I have not received my CD.
A: We do not ship CDs for orders. All of our software is downloaded from our site and licensed electronically. We recommend going to the page of the product your ordered to download the software, but the site download page is located here.
 
Q: I need pricing or a quote for a product.
A: Pricing for all products are listed on the page under the "Pricing" heading on each product page or in the online web store. So, if you wanting to know pricing for our Report Runner Viewer product, click on Products in the menu, then click on Report Runner Viewer. Once you get to the product page, click on the Pricing link.

If you must have an official quote from us, simply email customerservice (at) jeff-net.com, or call us, and we'll create a quote for you. We can not create quotes for orders under $400.
 
Q: I need an invoice so I can get reimbursed.
A: When you place your order, you will automatically get an order confirmation and an invoice from the web site. There is also a checkout option in the webstore to "Invoice Me". The "Invoice Me" option will place your order and send you an invoice immediately.
 
Q: I need you to mail us an invoice (not email). We only accept mailed, paper invoices for payment.
A: As a courtesy, we will attempt to mail you a paper invoice one time. We will also email you an invoice electronically. The PDF version of our invoice matches the paper one EXACTLY. Whether or not you receive the paper invoice does not negate payment of invoice on time. When you place your order, you have access to our address, then electronic invoice, and the amount due.
 
Q: Do you accept Purchase Orders (PO)?
A: Yes, as long as you are a new customer or a customer in "good standing" with us, we will accept your purchase orders. The purchase order must be signed. There is a $425 minimum for purchase orders.

NOTE: If you do not pay for your PO placed order within 30 days, your entire organization will lose all future PO purchasing priviledges with us. There are no exceptions or no second chances, and payments after 45 days may incur finance charges.
 
Q: We must be invoiced first, before placing an order and giving a purchase order number.
A: The easiest method is to place your order online through our web store, and checking out with the "Invoice Me" option. If you would rather have us create an invoice for you so you can then generate a PO against it, you can email us at customerservice (at) jeff-net.com or call us. Manual invoice creation by us requires a minimum order of $425 or more.
 
Q: I would like to place another order with you and have you charge me using the credit card you used last year.
A: We do not retain your credit card information, so we are unable to reprocess your credit card from last year.
 
Q: I do not want to enter my credit card online. I want you to take it by phone.
A: When you are placing your order online, choose "Invoice Me". In your order notes, you may request a call to provide us your credit card information over the phone. Once we receive your order, we will call you to complete the order.
 
Q: Can I pay by check?
A: Yes, place your order online, and when you check out, select the "Invoice Me" option. We will accept your order and wait for you to mail us a check. Our address is listed on our Contact page and on the invoice.
 
Q: I need Crystal Reports consulting or training.
